Can't harvest plant fibre

Type of issue: Bug
Server type: PvE
Region: Oceania

Can not harvest plant fibre in certain areas of the ashlands. Example is at: TeleportPlayer -110249.695313 297423.46875 -15986.665039
Maybe not being able to harvest plant fibre in the ashlands is deliberate but as no error message is given I’m thinking its not?

Game version 2.4.284326, Dedicated testlive game client

Mods: None

  1. Go to: TeleportPlayer -110249.695313 297423.46875 -15986.665039
  2. Try to harvest the local plant by hand or with a sickle. No results.
