Can't hold any weapon in my hands

Greetings dear Support! My character is bugged and i have no idea what to do in this situation and admins of the server where i do play or Google himself have no idea too.
She can’t hold in her hands nothing except shield or rope or torch, but nothing else. I think i catched this bug near the Nameless City at the Stormhold Warfront (it’s a settlement from The Age Of Calamitous mod) after piciking up the Fragment of Power. No one can help me with it. Once bugged, i re-created my character but had bugged one more time and don’t know what to do with it. Do i have to re-create the character every time when this happens once more? Please help me!
