After the new patch that fixed that emotes won’t disappear.
NPC’s you talked and learned the emote, you can’t learn that one again, only the ones that are books or ghosts that are across the map.
Never mind you might close this one, i’m just dumb and looking from the wrong place, it’s there, so you have to learn only those emotes that are books or ghosts (sorry about this)
