Cant leave the water basin in Blacksail Harbor

Since there is no step inside one cant climb out after loosing all your stamina inside the basin

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Jump into the water in the middle basin to get the chests
  2. loose your stamina through swimming and diving
    3.fail to climb out of the basin due to having no stamina
    4.profit?
