Seems it could be a steam issue. See this thread for more if you haven’t already -

Ah! I have just checked downdetector and see that there are spikes for downdetector.co.uk/status/conan-exiles/ and for downdetector.co.uk/status/steam - AND there are many other spikes for various sites out there, all starting from about 13:40 today (enter the https:// if you want to check)
