Unfortunately the bug report template does not work as intended - not your fault. If you’d like to try again, Pugilist posted a guide here on how to actually get the template to work as intended. I hope that helps.
Without knowing for sure what your issue is, I notice you are in single player on PS4 - if you are trying to play Isle of Siptah, there may be a simple solution that another PS player has just found. It seems the recent patch means that the Isle of Siptah expansion may need to be re-downloaded before it will work, so that may be worth a try for you as well.

its Conan exhile age of heroes i did Play. Singel player. I cant see what i did write. i did use the bug report list. But the problem is that i cant back into the game. The loading bar is maxed out but nothing happend from there. have waited hours. delited the game and loaded the game back on my ps4, didt help at all
dont it show what i write in the bug report?? maybe i have to do it again??
As I explained in my first comment - you’ll need to try again with the bug report, because it doesn’t work quite the way it says it does, which is why no one can see what you tried to write. If you follow the guide I pointed you to - linked again here - then you’ll be able to get the bug report to work, but you have to copy and paste the whole thing into the comment at the bottom of the template after you have typed it all in.
