Cant log into my main menu

Every time I “Launch” the game it goes to the previous server I played as if I pressed the “Continue” button…Anyone else having this issue or know of a fix…the game just loops. Can’t hit cancel while it’s trying to connect to the previous sever.

Just started for me I was in the middle of a game and it kicked me to the dashboard now every time I try to sign back in it gets halfway through the loading screen. It kicks me back to the Xbox dashboard. I’m on an Xbox series X I’ve been playing just fine.

I’m really worried I had to start a whole new game after the age of heroes update. My other game got trashed and could not log back into it.

Hmm. You may want to try to Verify Installation files. I know that the prospect isn’t pleasant - but you could also try reinstalling your game client.

An alternative game launcher might also get you to where you are trying to go. Even if only for the short term. You can try the Bugle Launcher here:

Reinstalling the game did not work. Would this happen if I exceeded the Thrall population limit? Does the game not tell you game that you’ve exceeded the limit or have been capped? I’m relatively new to this game only been playing it several months and went on a collection spree this morning and collected a bunch thralls and then my game crashed. I have no problem releasing them, but I can’t get back in to do that if this is in fact that even is the issue, but it’s the only thing that I did today that I can think of.

I cannot help you with XBox, as I am unfamiliar with that platform. This particular OP tagged PC in the thread creation. You might want to seek assistance in a net-new topic tagged for XBox. Or perhaps in the XBox bugs forum section.

Though - I would not expect that exceeding your thrall limit on an Xbox hosted server or on Xbox Single Player would necessarily prevent you from being able to play or load your game.
