The server is not letting me log in due to claiming my ping level is too high. Ive tried refreshing the server list. Rebooting my router and restarting my laptop and restarting the game. But nothing works…
Laptop? Are you using wireless connection? Try using a wired connection.
High ping can not join the servers is the standard designed by the official host ,it is a normal rules not a bug.You can try to use a VPN to improve your internet declining your delay.
I tried that it didn’t work. But waiting for it to go down seems to have worked.
Find out what the direct connect is and try that way too, I can usually get in quicker with that.
Also, closing the game entirely and relogging tends to help.
It’s been a longstanding bug, especially the 999.

None of the recommended solutions are viable.
This issue has been ongoing since it was reported previously:
It’s a gamble logging in every so many days hoping the Ping doesn’t spike. It is not on our end, it is a known Funcom Live Services issue “masquerading as a connection issue”, stop telling us to get a new VPN etc.

I’ve likely lost everything now as it has been more than 10 days and Ping never dropped below 200 on the multiple times a day I checked. Months later and still no efforts done to fix it.
I cant log on either for the same reason
