Can't login to the server

When I connect to the server, it gives an error “The user is blocked on this server”. As I was able to find out, the clan I was a member of was banned. But! The clan ban was on 22.07, and I have not entered the game since June. A month has passed, and I still cannot connect to the official server. And this despite the fact that I could not break the rules of the game in any way, since I did not even enter it.
