Can't pick up items

I tried several different items from chests to decor. I choose Pick-up, but nothing happens. I play on Single-player with mods, so hopefully someone on officials can check this out to save me the trouble of removing mods to test it.

Unable to pick items up with Construction Hammer as well.

I logged on this evening and can now pick up items as normal. I don’t know if it was a game update, mod update or what. But it’s all good now apparently.
