Cant pick up the inventory items from my corpse

Bug Description:

After i dead, i look at my corpse and it didn’t show my inventory and i can’t pick anything up.

Bug Reproduction:

So i try to harvest my body to see if it have a drop bag for me to pickup my stuff, but it doens’t have anything for me to pickup. So i realize its a bug and i unable to get back all my stuff. It really sad because i have some thralls & things that i really love. Is that possible to get back?
