Cant play the game since yesterdays patch siptah?

Hi, since I downloaded the patch yesterday when i try to play after the message CONNECTING TO FUNCOM LIVE SERVICES all crashes into a fatal error and I cant play either online or offline.
Ive played this game more than 2000 hours wtf?
I send messages to funcom and they dont reply
Anyone has the same problem?

I personally had no problem with the hotfix. Did you try a file repair ?

we are the same , and apparently more players are with same problem
