Cant trade in blood crystals to new merchant area.
I keep running into this problem as well, I log out right there at the spire and log back in and it starts working, but this seems to be happening to other “sorcery” vendors as well, i took a trip to buy the mad prophet gear around the map and the traders at the slaver carts were giving me the same issue.
