No, I don’t believe it is available, most of the ‘important’ NPCs have unique clothes.

The Formless Black Void is indeed correct – Cassandra King’s shirt is currently unavailable. It is a gorgeous shirt though, that’s for sure! Aside from her shirt, her ring in all of its red-grey glory is also unavailable.
However, the rest of her clothes are perfectly available for female characters!
Her necklace is the “Jolly bead necklace”
Her skirt is the “Frayed denim mini, red”
Her shoes are the “Canvas sneakers, black”
If you wanted, you could get a very close Cassie cosplay!

Indeed, from behind it looks kindof good.
But that heart-print on the tank top would really seal the deal.

I think it’s from the museum, but there is a white shirt with a heart in the game. It’s a t-shirt though so you have to pick which way it being off will bother you more.
