Challenge Journal - low level missions?

I noticed that my Challenge Journal does not update for low level missions. Does this only work/update with missions that are close to your level?

It states:

Complete 5 Main missions (Action, Sabotage, Investigation, Scenario, or Dungeon) in any zone.

No - it should work with missions it states.

story missions do not count tho - unless it’s a one that say “complete “Ghosts in the Darkness” for Eleanor Franklin” - in which case you then have to do an actual mission, which would count.

Dungeons, scenarios, main red missions, Sabotage yellow missions and investigation green missions all count as your main ones in the journal.

A fair few people still run Kingsmouth daily, even on max ip level, to get fast “dailies” completed - such as “Fist full of zombies” - “Elm Street Blues” - “Draugnet” etc

So they should update.
