Challenge not completing: craft legendary weapon

Crafted Daggers of Dagon but it didn’t check off the challenge. And now challenges aren’t loading at all.

Built it again on my campaign bench and got the reward. Looks like a garrison bench issue since that’s where I didn’t get it.
