I need to kick the leader of our guild and give the leadership to another guild player, is it possible?

Nope. There is no in-game provision for doing this (unfortunately). Nor is there such a thing as admins on official servers.
The clan system is… shall we say basic, in this game. So odds are you’re out of luck on this one.
