Scorpions do not lay eggs, they are viviparous - giving birth to live young.
The Scorpion Egg-sac should be changed to a Scorpling so it actually makes sense.

The Scorpion Queen should have little scorplings riding on her back like real mother scorpions do with their young. Maybe as you attack her, they can fall off and nip at your ankles.
Actually, it is correct, as they are unhatched inside her, which is why you must harvest the dead body for them and not buy them from a vendor.
