Changed computers, can't install

The Update Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close

I downloaded the game client on my wife’s computer and this is the message I got, I know the severs are up so what is the problem?

As Aeryl said, you need to install “dxwebsetup.exe” from the SWL installation folder

If it’s missing, you can DL " DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer" from here :
