Charackter Transfer dosnt Work Charackter is deleted?

Bug Description:

I wanted to transfer my character, did everything as described.
I wanted to upload this to the new official server EU#6456. I got an error saying there was an error uploading.
I restarted the game and wanted to try to transfer the character again, but the Import Character button is suddenly missing. So my character is deleted with all equipment.
I don’t want to have to start over because there is a lot of work to do.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Step 1 Make a CharTransfer - Export Charackter
2. Step 2 Go on New Server and Click Import Charackter
