So I tried to log in today but I saw an information “Character is banned” (13). For me this is a mystery because I would really like to know for what reason and for how many days my account is suspended. My friend from guild has the same issue. Wouldn’t it be a good idea to inform your customers what caused the ban? I hope to see any information back from customer support because I haven’t got 2-3 weeks to receive a response, I am leading t5-6 raids.
