So I tried to log in today but I saw an information “Character is banned” (13). For me this is a mystery because I would really like to know for what reason and for how many days my account is suspended. My friend from guild has the same issue. Wouldn’t it be a good idea to inform your customers what caused the ban? I hope to see any information back from customer support because I haven’t got 2-3 weeks to receive a response, I am leading t5-6 raids.

Unfortunately it’s not possible to provide assistance with account issues (including suspensions) through the forums. Spreadicus is correct in saying that you’ll need to submit an email support ticket through funcom.com/help for help with this. A Customer Support Representative will answer your mail as soon as possible. Your patience and understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.
