Character is stuck and game keeps cradhing

Me and some friends were in sinners refuge looking for priests and in the first room on top of the archway, where the archers are my game crashed and any attempts to rejoin have failed. I have even tried to uninstall and reinstall. The people that were with me have said that my character fell through the archway and is in between some stalagmites and any enemy that tries to approach just disappears. Due to the server being PvE that cannot kill me either.
