If I export a character and then the game doesn’t give me an option to import on different server, does that mean my character is lost forever? can anything be done about it?
Does the server you’re trying to import to have transfers enabled? If they don’t enable it, you can’t
Thanks but my friend was able to contact support trough this link https://funcom.zendesk.com/hc/en-us and he got his character back. Answer came from discord
