"Character transfer error"

Bug Description:

I exported my character from the official server 6300 , but I can’t import it to the official server 1999. The message to import character appeared but the error “failure token” appeared. Now, the option to import character no longer appears.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. Please be as detailed as possible; the more details, the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. I exported my character from the official server 6300
  2. I chose server 1999 to import it
  3. I deleted my old character from 1999 and put it to recreate character
  4. the option to import the character appeared, but it gave the error “failure token”
  5. I closed and opened the game, but the option to import the character no longer appears

  3. Transfer server (where you were transferring to)
  4. Character name
