# Character transfer not working "TokenFailed"

Type of issue: Bug  
Server type: PvP  
Region: EU  
Mods?: No  
Edition: Steam

- Server number 1320
- Character name Cirai
- Clan name
- Steam ID 76561198063876514

## Bug Description:

i cannot transfer my character. uploaded it from 1320 now trying to load it into a siptah map 6053. I always get the TokenFailed message.

I now created another character on an siptah map, just taking a look at the transfer screen. It is now stating, that i have transfered a character recently and i can not do it again for 71 hours. My character is not on 1320 neither on 6053…

1. Step 1 Upload
2. Step 2 Try to import
3. Step 3 see it fail
4. Etc.
