Does everything in my character inventory sheet go with me regardless of weight?
Including my armor, weapons and hot bar?
Going from Official PVE to PVE.
If you are talking of doing a transfer yourself, and not the merger.
You can not transfer while incumbered, so weight is a factor. Other than that everything in your inventory, on your hot bar, or being worn by your character does transfer with you.

Everything transfered good for us, just all the thralls look the same now.
