I have not seen any official statement from Funcom about the character transfer being up and running again since their official announcement of temporarily suspending it. So is the character transfer system up and running again or is it still down? I would like to know because I have been wanting to transfer an exile from the Exile Lands to Siptah to learn the recipes that can only be learned there. I would like to know this before I send them there so I don’t mess up my game.
