Character Wipe after Logout error

Bug Description:

Character on Siptah seems to have been erased after log out error.

Bug Reproduction:

I tried to Log out of the game and the game froze. After 20 or so minutes I got out and attempted to log back in, to see what progress was lost. When I select Single Player/Co-op and Continue the game loads the new character startup and prompts me to create my character. My character on Exiled lands is unaffected.

Follow up. After looking around I decided that that character was gone, so I started a new game. I spent the game session in creative mode to make up for my lost progress. when I logged out I logged back in again to see if this new character stuck. They didn’t. Does this mean my game is corrupted and how would I remedy this, because right now I can’t save on Siptah. I thank you for any help.

Welp this Saga has hopefully come to an end. After Clearing the Xbox Cache and then erasing the Local game and reserved Data I restarted the game and got everything back. Minimal loss from before the initial wipe. Even had to quit the session and log back in and it reloaded properly. hopefully this is the last of this.

TLDR: Cleared Cache and all Local save Data and regained everything I lost 2 days ago.
