we enjoy play a game with free for all except cheating :), and we hope to have one day someone at funcom management that will understand that what make flee their players is cheaters, and not building, so to manage their admin so they put a priority to treat cheating problem.

i mean i saw one time (yes only one time), a action of zendesk admin in 24h after sending a report of speedhack and pulling hitbox with video evidence. so they can do it, problem is it will depend on which admin will treat your report. some (well majority) will simply ignore those cases or not treat before 2-4 weeks when they treat quickly land claim very often done iby people abusing report system , so it has to be managed at level of executive to give priority.
