Chests in The Arena Gallery area (upper ring) are non-interactive or not there

Bug Description:

Chests in The Arena Gallery area (upper ring) are non-interactive or not there. These are the chests that are supposed to hold grey lotus seeds/flowers. Cannot be opened when visible. They are either all not there, or all non-interactive if visible. restarting server does not resolve issue. Re-logging client does not change anything. Coming back later produces same results.

Bug Description:

Chest in the Arena either don’t show up or when they do they are not able to be looted. This applies to all chests in the Snake boss area, the Skeleton Dragon and the upper gallery. When the chest show up they give an option to interact but no loot is able to gotten out of them.
