Clan engaging in racist actions and crashing the server

These guys from the nameless clan have destroyed all the servers in Latin America; whenever they lose, they start taking down the server sequentially. Someone needs to do something about it.

If that is true, record it so you have evidence of it and send it to support to look at, i think it by default is F11 you can record the game you are playing with steam.
