Combat roll bug / 1 shot in full legion armor

[Fix the combat marco bug or build it into game]

People are combat rolling doing 1 hit exploit use macro and 2 heavy attacks with out any animations.
Funcom has known about this for many months.
Fix it or build it into the game so everyone has it.
It is killing pvp
Also their is some str bug that people are using rampant on my server. People are getting 1 shot with full legion armor.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. come to server 1931 public
    2.reafor
    3.god king ko
    4.loser twine tribe
