Again, people ask of publishers measures resembling political points, and complain they act too much like governments.
Some people who plays PvP come and “demand”, make “protests”, suggest “boycotts” as if PvP was the most important aspect of the game. You have topics people literally saying this game was made “for PvP”, when nothing even hints at it. I dont play PvP, and since those people dont care about what bothers me, I dont care about what bothers them.
Some people who plays on Official Servers and think Official Server play is the most important aspect of the game. I dont play on official servers and since those players never bother thinking about anyone else, I dont bother thinking about them.
Some people who plays on consoles imply their problems are more concerning and important than PC players. I dont mind playing in consoles, and in being so, I dont care about console problems either.
Then they all get surprised when game monetization actually works, and when they complain, not many people go to their “mob” to participate in their activism. Not many people care about some problems they find so “important”. But when someone else raises a question or a problem that is not in their list, they themselves are the first to go there and criticize their complaints, or their questions.
Hardly surprising what business decisions are based on.
