I teleported into the heart of that area and immediately crashed, and now cannot get past the loading screen. Official PVE #7056, on Xbox Series X.

Bug Description:
After several official server crashes, server no longer loads. Hangs forever on loading screen. Reinstalled. Other servers work fine. On last crash, character was not in the same location as before the crash. Significant distance. Maybe it is no longer at a valid map position causing the crash? Reset character to home needed?

Bug Reproduction:
Load the game as my character.

Funcom. It is not a hard concept or task to “TEST” any update before you launch them. Every time you have an update it creates some grame breaking crash. I know you are not thumbless monkeys, so how about using a bit of brain power and test your updates before launch. It’s really aggravating to have bought a game which has been out for years and you cant even fix the simplest of issues, and the worst part is it’s simple connection issues or lack of common sense with updates. Do better or find people who can. So this post was flagged for being abusive. Are you afraid of what people think. Listen Stalin that’s not how this works you cannot silence people just because you don’t like what they say. Especially when it’s about y’all messing up a game we paid for and you refuse to fix

I can log in, but once I start moving around it freezes then eventually the game closes on its own. I have had to stay in grid B7 where my base is on the top left corner of the small island. On my private server, I am in my base at I8 and it crashes shortly after I move around. No admin things active so just basic game.

I managed to log in and get to my teleporter!!
Try logging in and when you see the loading bar, point the thumbstick down a few times to make your character look at the ground.
My character was looking down when i got in the game and by staying looking at the ground i was able to move to my teleporter and tele out of the area.
My friend tried and it wasnt working for him but it’s worth a shot so people can atleast play

Just curious if there is a time frame and or any sort of reasonable compensation for private server owners who have been struggling with this now for about a week with un-playable servers. Again just curious about a solution and its time frame.

I too am on 7051. My friend and I was heading to the forge and got kicked. I can at times get to the daily message screen but freezes up. Thralls I hope returned home but I died and lost everything due to a snake. Its been 5 days now and counting. Very frustrating for sure! Oh my map location is G6 area on the beach.

Update: Workaround still did not help the server 7057 login where my clan primarily plays. I was able to log in to Siptah PVE-C server 7089 with this.

I play on server 7080 and have the same problem. Probably going to loose everything at this rate. It’s ridiculous they can’t fix this. It’s been 8 days and still nothing.

I am having the same login issue. My character is stuck in the southwest region on official server 7053. I tried on my son’s account and am able to load in and play as expected as long as I stay away from the southwest region

They are aware. The pinned note about Decay Timers being turned off for Siptah is because of this bug- everybody that is in the ash island or gets close enough to it for assets to load crashes.

I’m on the same server, I believe they turned our decay off, so hopefully you don’t lose anything. Still though, 8 days and still no fix is wild, I probably coulda rebuilt up to where I was by now lol.

Was finally able to get in long enough to pull my braclet and summon the body. I kept slowly tapping the left stick down in the loading screen until it finally let me log all the way in without a freeze. I didnt’ try to walk or move just pulled the braclet and got the heck out of there.
