Conan Exiles Dedicated Server Launcher (Official Version: 1.9.4 / Beta: 1.9.7)

It’s probably doable, the reason it was not done is that the embedded servers was entirely made in-house for internal tools monitoring, so it’s not a very advanced piece of code, it does not support all the features of the protocol, etc… so retrofitting HTTPS on top may be tricky.

The only idea that comes to me is to determine whether or not the SteamCMD shell returns an error code when it exits. If it does, then you could open a new shell for each individual mod, sequentially. If a shell exits with a non-zero error code, you’d know that one failed and could report on it.

But if other people aren’t running into this, I’m not sure it’s worth your effort.

Thanks for the response. I understand your reasons, so I’ve put it behind an SSL enabled reverse proxy. Able to get the desired outcome. :+1:

Getting an issue with downloading a new server. I’m getting this “ERROR! Failed to install app ‘443030’ (No subscription)” when trying to run the launcher. I’ve had dozens of servers before and never had this issue but now I’m getting it regardless of what version I use.

The Discord settings are getting erased every time I tell the app to restart the server.

Why is this happening, and any way to prevent it?

What exact steps do I need to follow to setup my dedicated server to run the Legacy Version of Conan?
I am not figuring this out.

Everything I read says set the Branch to conan-exiles-legacy, however, there is no branch drop down on the Dedicated Server Launcher and I find nowhere to manually set that.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

I got it figured out.
