I’m sorry if this is in the wrong place, I’m new and cant seem to fin an aria where Modders can talk modding and ask Modder questions…

My question is however, where do I find the player Character in the Devkit? is there a BP that just effects the Player character the same way NPC BPs effect them?

Yes, there is a player BP. I think you have to manually write some things here and there.
