I’ve recently run into issues with the Sigils, it seems it will only load half of it and sometimes I have to run all the way back in order to get the rest of the Sigil enemy’s to load. Sometimes they won’t load at all.
Another issue/bug I have seem to encounter is when I die in certain places (mostly next to Sigils) my horse will still be guarding where I left him but will be completely gone. His marker is still on the map but there is no trace from him!
