I suggest inputting a [bug report](https://forums.funcom.com/t/new-bug-report-template/200967).
Make sure to input all of the info requested, select the entire report, copy and then paste into a New Topic in the [PC Bug Report](https://forums.funcom.com/c/conan-exiles/exiles-pc/pc-bug-reports/) section.

I’m not saavy enough to direct you on what logs staff will request but more than likely that will happen.

Hopefully another player might be able to help in the meantime while you wait, sorry I couldn’t assist further.
