Me and my wife were playing a Co-op of CE and when we were done that night we both logged off of the game. Then we got up the next morning and went to rejoin said co-op (hosted from her solo game) all the progress her and I had gotten from the previous session had been completely lost. Is there a way to re-enter that previous session or do we have to start over? If we have to start over do we gave to do this every single time we co-op? If we do what is a permanent solution to this without having to rent our own PvE server?
