Bought the game and DLC. Can’t play it because Windows 11 isn’t supported. Pretty unfortunate.

Can not confirm that. I bought it two weeks ago on steam and I am able to play it on Windows 11.
Do you have a disc edition? Maybe it has some os check and not marching with win 11?
Do you got a message and from what?
