Not sure how you would replicated it but I first noticed this after the 3.0 update.

Unable to spawn in or craft Conan Royal Armor or any Twitch gained items after 3.0 update.
Launch Conan, be level 60 with all knowledge prerequisites to craft said items. Be unable to see any of the items. Was able to select Royal Armor as a category option but no items were listed. Tested both with and without mods. Tested in Singleplayer, on a Private Server, and on Official Servers.

The Royal Armor is unique within our game and in order to properly assess this issue our team will require the following information:
1 - Have you obtained the game through pre-ordering it?
2 - When did this problem start to occur?
3 - Have you looked into your Armorer Bench and other Benchs for the items and they are not there?

1 - I purchased Conan Exiles Early Access on Febuary 6th 2017 via Steam.
2 - I’m not entierly sure when the issue started to occere. I noticed it after the 3.0 update.
3 - Yes I looked in every bench. I can’t find them.
1 - Got the game during early access.
2 - Problem started to occur after Update 3.0 started. (day of)
3 - We’ve looked into every bench for the items, including the inventory as stated in our posts.
We tried with mods installed and without. Neither our Royal Armor or our Twitch Integration stuff is working.

After consulting our team, please try the following workaround:
1 - Relog in to the game
2 - Check your Campaign Armorer’s Bench through the filter ‘‘Royal Armor’’

is there a chance for any other new player to get the “Royal Armor” one day.
I bought the game after pre-order or EA-phase and have no chance to get the armor.
Please let this armor or the Atlantean Sword avaible for new players too one day.

I’ve been able to craft the royal armor. The normal set is in the improved Armor bench, the legend set is in the campaign Armor bench.

None of that worked.
Fortunately the hot fix that just came out seems to have fixed it.
The Royal Armor is a Pre-release exclusive.
I know this - but know reason to hide this for every new player. In other games this pre-release items are available after years too.
And know we get the same marketing bazaar and well known battle passes like older games before^^.
I have never seen pre-order/release items get made available after the fact for any game.
They are sometimes included in GOTY Editions or later DLC-Packs, but it is the decision of Funcom.
I can confirm.
The Royal Armor Set is craftable in the Armorer’s Bench & Improved Armorer’s Bench.
The Royal Armor (Epic) Set is craftable in the Campaign Armorer’s Bench & Garrison Armorer’s Bench.
Conan’s Atlantean Sword is craftable in the Blacksmith’s Bench & Improved Blacksmith’s Bench.
Conan’s Atlantean Sword (Epic) is craftable in the Campaign Blacksmith’s Bench & Garrison Blacksmith’s Bench.
The Twitch Drops are also craftable as intended.
Everything mentioned above can be crafted without a Thrall.
I had the same issue with my armor/sword a few days ago and the relogging trick worked for me.
