Confused About Clan Biomare Quest Order

As a clanner, does one first go to Ace Star and do that chain until all access cards are obtained, and then start the Hercules Lincoln chain, or should one start with Hercules before going to Ace?

Or is Lincoln redundant, i.e. if your clan you only need Ace?

I did this ages ago with a mixed party of neutrals, omni and clanners, so my memory is a bit fuzzy on this one.

As a clanner, you don’t have to talk with Dr. Hercules Lincoln at all; he’s the NPC omnis talk with for their quest.
