# Connent in coop win7 and win10

I bought the game to play with my friends in co-op, but when trying to join them I got the problem “Could not connect to the server, the connection with the game organizer was lost” and they could not connect to me. Official servers and single player work, but cooperative play does not. Is it to blame for this that I have Windows 7, and they have Windows 10? Welcome to the forums and Happy New Year. The issue is most likely Windows 7. The following forum thread identified upgrading to Windows 10 as the solution.

Cooperative play has not worked for Windows 7 since June. Your best option is to play on an official server or a private server together, or update to Windows 10, or wait for the eventual patch. Bug reports have been sent, but we have not received news of its progress or priority. ☹
