Consider the ability to turn off thrall feed server wide

I have 3 servers and two steam accounts that makes a total of 6 bases on my servers with 30+ thralls on each.(more on the pvp server) . I dont have time to check each thrall every day to see if it is about to die.
It takes most of my time looking for abandoned bases and rule violators.

Not sure why this is in the bug section. Also, there is a server setting to turn off Thrall feeding already.
