Controller UI disappears

Bug Description:

When playing the game with controller, many HUD elements fully disappear and then never reappear. A couple of those include the Hotbar as well as Buffs. Buffs and debuffs will not appear even when freshly applied unless using Keyboard when doing so.

Bug Reproduction:

By using controller, all UI elements phase out either immediately or after a short time and will not show until pressing tab on the keyboard to get to the inventory.

There’s been a change to how bug reports are handled for CEE (covered in Dana’s post here). They’re now no longer meant to be reported on the forums, but instead are supposed to go to helpshift - the idea is that this gets them in fromt of the dev teams (Inflexion and Funcom) quicker. Meanwhile, the bug section on the forums continues for Legacy, which is understandably causing some confusion… Dana has said she’ll try to keep passing the bug reports across, but she’s obviously pretty busy right now, so it’s probably worth reporting this directly across to helpshift to make sure it gets there.
