Cooking #9 (IX) Bugged

Bug Description:

If you have the Cooking #9 scroll either in your inventory or in a chest and attempt to “Use” it in order to learn the recipe, a message on the right-hand side of the screen says “You already know this feat”. However, in my feats where the other cooking recipes display, no icon displays for Cooking 9 and the foods from the recipe do not display in the stove’s crafting menu.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Step 1; Attempt to learn Cooking #9 without having the feat
  2. Step 2; Message displays saying “You already know this feat”
  3. Step 3; Check feats to see Cooking 9 is not learned
  4. Etc.
