Black Dragon Pterges can only be crafted with Black Dragon Pterges which makes them uncraftable.

What armour bench are you crafting at?
Reason I ask is because the improved bench (which makes the LVL 60 epic gear) currently needs you to craft the basic item from the normal bench in order to make a set, this will be changing in the new update, due out soon.
