Crash when enslaving an Captain of the Black Hand

Hello guys,
Since last patch we encounter a issues, every time we try to enslave a Captain of the Black Hand, the server crash, produces a disconnection leads to a loss of progress to several other people on the server. And this bug happend a lot of time.
We are on the server “Official server #1098 Pvp - g -portal . com”

Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.Go to the Black Hand Base/“Ship”
2.Put down the Captain
3.Go near a Wheel of Pain
4.Press E
5.Get disconnect, the server crash and rollback

That’s a random crash that is happening with every thrall, not just the captain. It doesn’t always happen, but it happens way too often to be ignored. I was able to reproduce it three times today.

I have seen it happen mostly with named or rare thralls being put into the wheel
