It’s really annoying having to go through the radial menu to access an NPC’s inventory. Could an hotkey be added for this?

on PS4, I face the Thrall, hit square and the inventory for the Thrall comes up.
If I face the Thrall, and hold square, the radial menu comes up.

My question was mainly for the mounts. Bloody annoying trying to access the inventory and end up jumping on the horse, then having to stop it from following you…
