Critical bug. Crashing on Using search in feat

On private servers , Chain of hyboria , there a crash client on using the feat search function

Assuming it has to do with many feat being loaded at once. As the title says its just crashing the client not the server … but still annoyance.

Oh wow that is a lot of mods, I really doubt that Funcom will actually try to troubleshoot this for you with so many mods running. I would suggest you start from the ones that have not updated and remove one at a time until you find the culprit. Once you find out which one causes the issue, report it to the mod author. I have my own private server and I don’t have this issue. Hope this helps you to narrow it down.

P.S. If it crashes everyone client, it is likely a mod issue. If it crashes only a single client, I would start with verifying the files on that one.

thing is i dont own this server , I doubt the server owner is willing to narrow it down for one bug … and knowing how feat behaves i just think its likely just an overflow of too many data being loaded for UI to process at once.

That’s ok, you can load all the mods in order in single-player and troubleshoot there. Once you identify the issue you can report it to the mod author and the server owner. You can also wait for Funcom but I doubt they will be able to assist you here if not even your server owner is willing to spend the time to find out what causes the issue.

it seem like someone else narrow it down … maybe this is the fix but will post later when if that fixes it

ok for those of you that been following this , when Evils cabinet update it fixed the crashes… In future reference if this happen again … I am to blame to jump too quickly , but do check on the mods … it still puzzle me on why that would cause a client crash.
